Great selection of mosaics, natural stone, porcelain tile.
Service has declined tremendously since the departure of Dunbar! Not much attention to detail. The ball gets dropped quite a bit. I find it unacceptable given the prices charged. With such expense, one expects top tier service! It’s lacking. Not sure what happened.
My husband and I walked into Marble Systems in Bethesda to browse tiles. We never expected to find such a knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Dunbar and Stacey walked us through so many possible choices and were so patient and positive throughout the time it took me to finalize my choices. I have to say that my project is only a bathroom and so it is not such a big project, but they gave it the attention I would imagine others would give to a huge project.
