I ordered coffee ice cream in a bowl , I think they forgot to put coffee favor in the ice cream when they made them, no coffee taste of coffee at all. A ice cream maker dropped my ice cream while mixing it so she had to re mix it.

My ice cream cup was the consistency of a Wendy’s frosty, very disappointing. Some of the toppings had other toppings in the container so I couldn’t customize my ice cream how I wanted. It also smelled like someone burnt cookies in here.

I’ve had a pretty good experience, but my most recent experience was bad. I had ordered an m&m cookie, chocolate chip cookie, Reese’s cookie, and a frosted cookie cake slice. I was talking with my friend, and my frosted cookie cake slice slid out of the bag. I picked up the slice, and threw it away because it had fallen on the floor. The employees looked at each other and laughed, which was insanely rude in my opinion. At other restaurants and places you’d typically be offered another one, but I got laughed at.
