Had a horrible experience when I walked into the store. I made an effort to say hello and smile and the first employee who I encountered in the store, although it was hard to tell as it looked like he was not in uniform. However he was behind the counter. Anyways I understand he was busy but when I came in he gave me the dirtiest look at me and made literally no effort to acknowledge me. it really made me feel unwelcome. The rest of the staff however were super professional and very friendly,

The staff here are phenomenal and the ice cream is just as good. We popped in at 9pm the other night as the store was supposed to be closing. The woman at the counter waved us in and still served us. There were then 2-3 more people that came in as late as 9:10pm and she still brought them in and served them (one was a dad with 2 young kids, so I'm guessing he was grateful if he'd promised his kids ice cream). Thoroughly impressed and will gladly patronize this place just because the staff are awesome.
Bad service
This place is amazing 😍. The people that work there are so sweet, and treat their customers like family. I like to order my icecream with fixings on the side, and even though it's a syrup, they do it for me. My daughter loves them as well, and I just can't say enough great things. This is my go to place for icecream, and I highly recommend it to others 💚💚💚
