The ice cream is decent. The price is over. The staff sucks. The place could use a deep clean.
Always so fire Always get ice cream over the top of my Cup and it’s so gooodddd. Never had a rude worker or anything like that. We go like once a week lol
The lady waiting the counter today 3/2/26 around 2:45 p.m. had an attitude and wasn’t in the mood for customer service. I asked for a cone with white chocolate around the top that they do serve. The lady turned around and pointed and said we have dark chocolate and just stood there. I thought to myself if you have plain waffle cones which they did wouldn’t it be possible to dip one of those in white chocolate and provide great customer service. Just went through the drive thru to order ice cream they had no menu for flavors plus you can’t ask cause they have a lady that doesn’t speak any English at all on the mic it’s pointless tryna understand her maybe hiring more English speakers
