I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received at this Marble Slab location over the weekend. As a paying customer, I was publicly and repeatedly accused of not paying for my order—in front of a crowded store—despite having done so. This was not only humiliating but unacceptable. Let me preface this by saying I worked food service for three years; one of those years I was a manager. I say this because 99.9% of the time, I am incredibly sympathetic and understanding of mishaps that take place at food service stores.
