Went there tonight and wanted to sit outside. The furniture for outside was all stacked up inside. I asked the employee why and she said "I didn't want to put them out". This was at 7:30 at night, i can't believe that all the employees were so LAZY that no one put the outside furniture out. Not worth going there. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
It's tradition to get a Cookies and Cream Cake for my husbands birthday every year from Cold Stone Creamy however for time sake we chose to get one from The Marble Slab instead. I was extremely disappointed and will not take a short cut again. Not only was the cake disappointing, the service from a manager named Ryan at store #774 , Rock Hill SC, was unacceptable to say the least. Marble Slab has an amazing selection of flavors. I have never tried any of their crazy mixtures but every time I have ever been in there I have received great customer service.
By far they are the best! The staff is great! I'm all about a clean environment & prompt service. They get a A+ in my book!
No worth it. Inside was nicely kept and clean. The people who work there are grouchy and it is way over priced. The icecream was good but for what I paid, I would have just gone to the grocery store and bought a 1/2 gallon.
the best ice cream I have ever had in my life
went to this location on sunday to order cookie cake only to be told that orders must be placed 24 hours ahead. few things wrong with this, 1st call there number 210-509-3339 it never rings so calling to place an order is impossible, 2nd ingram mall location does not need 24 hours notice they take care of there customer right away, 3rd a guy named Adrian really needs help when talking to customer and to his buddys. my daughter over heard him tell his buddy to give him about a couple hours when he is done with these 2 orders ... read more
I was not satisified with my experience at this establishment. Sure the lady working there was nice and the store was clean, but the selection is pretty limited and after sampling several of the ice creams I settle for a chocolate peanut butter flavor that had no peanut butter flavor. One of the most disappointing aspects was the key lime ice cream which tasted very artificial as did the ice cream flavor I finally selected.
