Absolutely the worst at taking orders and getting them correct. The cashier named crystal knew nothing and then put the manger on the phone she had no concern about the problem said she would call me back never called back so whomever is in corporate needs to remove her uts bad enough i had to pay almost $60 fir the wrong dam cookie cake
Speaking for many former employees of this establishment (myself being one of them) I would advise everybody to stay as FAR away from here as possible. In my 15 years of experience in the food industry, I can honestly say I've never worked at a place that was as disgusting as this store. The manager (who is responsible for all of the problems, she's worked there since the first day it opened) will sweat on very cookie cake she makes. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. The employees behavior at this location is deplorable. I was conducting myself as a normal citizen proceeding past this location in which a particular employee by the name of "Nicole" shouted an offensive statement in which offended me. This behavior goes against the companies mission statement of providing "excellent customer service". They have great service and friendly workers at the Waxahachie location.. and of course yummy ice cream!! Definitely will visit them again!

I love coming here for my pecan, chocolate chip and macademia nut cookies, now if they only had those nuts in one cookie that would be fantastic..one of my best stores for cookies!!!:-)
