Excellent ,Expensive but worth it!!
Stopped in for a sweet treat with my kiddos and had the BEST EXPERIENCE! Ramona did an amazing job helping us pick out just the right flavor and was so patient and kind as well. I highly recommend Marble Slab in Nacogdoches, Texas We will definitely be back ♥️ Thanks Ramona
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered an ice cream and it was completely melted when they handed it to me, like in the photo. It was dripping everywhere and made a huge mess — I couldn’t even eat it. When I brought it up, the staff were rude and didn’t seem to care at all. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of it and didn’t care about the customer experience. Definitely not coming back.
I had a horrible experience there she wouldn’t let me add to my ice cream. I told her I would pay extra but she insisted no you have to get a whole Nother one. She was not interested in like helping us. It was very weird. She got smart with my husband would not make eye contact with us like we was bothering her. I would never go back and I wish I knew who owned it. The lady was a brown, headed lady kind of curly hair
Haven't eaten here in 5 years. My daughter and I both got sick.
