The flavor of the ice cream is good. However, it was melted when handed to me in my cup. Also, the person decorating the large cookie cake was wearing a dirty frayed friendship type bracelet (the kind that doesn’t come off) and it drug across every inch of the cake as they decorated….super gross….as it probably drags across everything they touch on a daily basis.
The ice cream was handed to me melted and the cone taste like it had Fabuloso on it. I can still taste it.

Stopped in for a sweet treat with my kiddos and had the BEST EXPERIENCE! Ramona did an amazing job helping us pick out just the right flavor and was so patient and kind as well. I highly recommend Marble Slab in Nacogdoches, Texas We will definitely be back ♥️ Thanks Ramona
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered an ice cream and it was completely melted when they handed it to me, like in the photo. It was dripping everywhere and made a huge mess — I couldn’t even eat it. When I brought it up, the staff were rude and didn’t seem to care at all. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of it and didn’t care about the customer experience. Definitely not coming back.
