Amazing Customer Service!!! Delicious Ice Cream!!!! – The moment I walked into the store the friendly workers greeted me and treated me like I was a regular customer. The workers gave me suggestions on what to purchase and what type of mix-ins go with each ice cream. The ice cram was delicious. My wife got fresh fruits in her ice cream and you can taste the freshness in the real fruits that they serve to the customer. Terrible Customer Svc, Mgr hung up on me twice – The new girl had mashed the ice cream with the brownie into a wet dough, and so I brought it up to exchange it for just plain chocolate. It was gross. She asked for the first ice cream back, tossed it in the trash, and then rang me up for another $5 ice cream. I went to the register as my friend was paying for it, not sure why we were being charged for another cone. They refused to give me a refund for charging me for the second cone.
