Came to get a treat after walking around the shops and asked for two children’s scoops. I was told they didn’t have the cones for that and we opted for the small scoop instead. The young man told us after he scooped our ice cream that their mixing stone was not cold enough to use to add the mix-ins and said he could just put them on top. Steer clear - Ice cream soup, not ice cream scoops being served here. My husband and I went into the shop with our baby and the ice cream we received was melted before it even touched our hands. After we paid at checkout we looked over the counter and you could see the slabs were not cold and had water dripping off of them. The doors were wide open letting in a lot of Texas Heat. The coldest and best items we purchased were water bottles. Very disappointing experience. Now we know to go to a real ice cream shop!

can be possible, there AC is not working. Feel bat fot ehe employees the need to work here at busy location undet this circumstances.

$10 for a milkshake. Overpriced imo. And the staff there was rude. Literally the only customer and they ignored us. Only said two sentences to us the whole time: what do you want? Is that all? Poor customer service.

The staff was super friendly. But I think they have a refrigeration issue, the ice cream was melting in the cooler.
