Terrible Customer Svc, Mgr hung up on me twice – The new girl had mashed the ice cream with the brownie into a wet dough, and so I brought it up to exchange it for just plain chocolate. It was gross. She asked for the first ice cream back, tossed it in the trash, and then rang me up for another $5 ice cream. I went to the register as my friend was paying for it, not sure why we were being charged for another cone. They refused to give me a refund for charging me for the second cone. When I called the manager, he told me that... read more
BEST PLACE TO HAVE YOUR OWN ICE CREAM MADE! – Every time I go into there shop I always get a hello and there is always a manager on hand so everybody is always on there toes. I honestly think the people should get some kind of award for being so nice and always making anything I want..No matter how crazy. I love how there store is kept clean and the cheerful welcome. I would go there rather then anywhere else just because of there customer service skills. They are great with the kids and there ice cream is so fresh and tons ... read more
This Marble Slab should be on a SLaB – $10 buys stale sprinkle cone & under age staff [child of employee] who served us and made a complete mess of things… not likely to recommend or return. really disappointed.
Best ice cream in Mboro – This place has the best ice cream around. There is no contest. It makes baskin robbins look like McDonalds. Their sweat cream and birthday cake ice cream are delicious. For mix-ins, I like cookie dough and freah brownies. They have like 100 mix-ins. You have to get a waffle bowl with sprinkles. They're the best. It is a bit expensive. When it's all done, your creation will be about 8 bucks. I have ordered two ice cream cakes this month, and they were good. Only issue would be not enough cake.
Don't Go There! – My husband and I dined at the MS grill yesterday, Friday 11/28/08. Normally we have enjoyed your chain, as we live in the DC area. To begin with, there were 2 homeless men asleep at 2:30 in the afternoon, right outside the revolving door. Inside, 8 tables around remained unserviced for the entire meal, with food all over the floor and chairs everywhere. My husband's cup of soup came completely spilled over the sides, the cracker package was soaked, and the soup was all over the outside of the cup. Our meals... read more
Awesome ice cream – We'd always walked past the food court in the Greenwood mall without ever noticing this gem until recently. I originally stopped by just to get the kids something, but went ahead and tried some myself... and oh boy, that better-batter is incredible! I've gone back and tried it with heath bars & fudge.. yum!
