I visited the 6250 hwy 6 store in Missouri city TX around 5pm on July 26th. I asked for a red velvet and pistachio in a cup. The young lady proceeded to mix the two flavors together. When I saw what she was doing I stopped her. She began to go back and forth with me about how I didn’t specify to NOT mix the two ice creams together. Never again. I have been coming there for almost five years. Today I finally said never will I come back. Not only is it not the best service but frequently over the past five years the restrooms are out of order. An ice cream store is a place that draws families. Families have little ones and little ones need a restroom. Sorry get your restroom situation fixed.
