I never complain, but this was so disappointing after my last visit. Went there on a Friday, had an order for my parents and myself/husband. The server seemed irritated at my order. There was only one person literally in there, so I didn’t understand. I asked for an extra bag, told they ran out. Even after all that, I still tipped as we always do. So they have a link to order online on the page but if you order online you will get an email to call the store because they do not accept online orders. They also can’t do the cakes in the website. We ordered a cake for work for a birthday and they spelled birthday wrong didn’t offer to fix it or discount the cost. Ok names wrong not everyone spells names the same but the word birthday wrong come on. It also looked like a 5 year old wrote it. Marble slab you suck and we won’t be back

HORRIBLE & OVER PRICED. $62 for 5 people. And 1 of us waited an additional 15 minutes and never even got what was ordered. Ended up leaving. The whole system is one gigantic cluster. I'll never visit again!!
