Will never go back to this place. Ordered two smalls and was charged $3.00 for an extra EMPTY cup so my 2 year old could have two spoonfuls of his 4 year old brother's. The owner was very rude and compared his ice cream place to the Tasting Room to justify his 3.00 for an empty bowl that way. Do not support this business.
Marble Slab Bellaire is terrible! When it first opened it was great, but as time has gone by it has been on a steady decline. I am not sure if there are new owners or what, but it’s terrible. One time I came in and the place was filthy. This time I came in at 9:30 and they had all the toppings put away. I told them I was under the impression that they closed at 10:00. Service and ice cream the best , and they make their ice cream !!
I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday celebration and it was pretty good. There were lots of compliments from the guests. The customer service was nice as well. I ordered on a Friday and needed the cake Monday. They called me on Saturday to make sure they had all the info they needed to make my cake special. The only thing is, I wish they had given me instructions. That may sound silly, but the shop is about 10 minutes from my office where the cake was to be served. Don't go outside to eat the ice cream! It literally melted 3 minutes after we got outside to eat it, and it started melting in the shop. Had to throw away 26 dollars worth of dessert ����
Worst customer service of any Marble Slab Creamery I have visited. The cashier had such a rude attitude and yelled at customers. There was also a man behind the counter but even after we greeted him, he remained serious and never greeted us. Maybe the owner? However, I can't be sure.
Owners for Saratoga & Staples locations in Corpus Christi, Texas are very rude and unprofessional! They do not treat with employees with respect!
Variety of different toppings and mixtures of ice cream. Rock solid place to go for a treat.
Worst customer service I have ever seen! Employee was rude to customers. Hated making milkshakes and complained every time he had to. Just because you say with a smile or laugh doesn't make the comment any less ruder. Complained about not getting a tip when the customers he just served left the building.
