My family of 5 was not greeted and did not feel welcomed. We are not from here and obviously didn’t know what the sizes were or how they “slabbed” the ice cream together. Customer service is a key factor, and this place has failed in terms of that. They looked at us like we were idiots because we didn’t know what we wanted right off the bat. After ordering, all of the staff disappeared into the back, and was never seen again. I do not recommend.

Ice cream was great, but I couldn’t get past the disgusting atmosphere. The floors hadn’t been cleaned in years, there was a whole area full of dead flys, tables and trash were dirty, and the bathrooms were horrific. Unfortunately, the filth also went behind the counter as well. I don’t typically review, but this was far too dirty to not mention.
Very yummy ice cream. Service was good too. Nice end to one of our nights on vacation.
