Tonight, the greatest atrocity known to man-kind happened, you have lost a great customer. The rudest lady working tonight refused to correct a bad ice cream with stale marshmallows. She flat out refused to fix the small ice cream and told me I can either pay for another or contact a manager and get over it.
The lady Kyle (the Hispanic w too much makeup on) that was working tonight is extremely rude. We were out getting ice cream and something about the marshmallows were extremely stale and we wanted to get a different ice cream. The cashier proceeded to say “I just tried them and they are not that stale” and argued with us about the marshmallows and that there’s nothing she can do it’s out of her hands, I can either pay for another or get over it bc the manager isn’t in.
