I'm passing through, asking for help with an electrical problem. No one comes outside to see and understand my problem. The two guys at the counter need to be replaced to have empathetic people
We were staying at the RV park across the street and our slide broke. They were very busy but still sent someone over to take a look at the slide, they let us bring it in and did what they could in the limited time they had available. Unfortunately they couldn't fix the slide because it was a big project, but if we had time to stick around they likely could have done the job (would have required parts ordered and weeks of time). Not very helpful at all if you did not purchase your RV from them. I had a service booked in with them as they were coming to our campground to service a few others as well. Upon finding out I did not purchase from them they told me they were unable to service my trailer. I told them they had already booked it and were coming out anyway to service 3 others but they refused to assist. I didn't buy my first from them and I won't be buying my second either. Terrible service.
