Avoid Marble Law. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business, let alone a law firm. Before they got my money, communication was okay. After they got paid, it was like I no longer existed. Marble assigned me an attorney. I uploaded all of my documents and information through the Marble portal. Nothing but the run around. No progress. No help. Support says a member from the legal team will reach out. They never do. I want to sue for damages and my money back. The monumental amount of stress this company has put on my relationship and life can’t be measured. We had our future mapped out. This company ruined it all. I reported them to the better business bureau. I will be contacting an attorney next. I don’t care if I have to pay 20k to get my money back.
I hired Marble Law to represent me in my divorce and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After retaining the firm and paying for legal services, my case has seen virtually no meaningful progress since approximately March 2026. My assigned attorney was largely unresponsive despite numerous emails and requests for updates. 1 Star I would not recommend using Marble to hire a lawyer. I paid for legal representation believing they would actively help resolve my divorce case. I was later told that I could not receive a refund because they had “helped” by working on my case. However, despite being told my attorney was actively handling settlement negotiations, no settlement negotiation was ever completed.
