Very disappointed in this company. If you use them make sure the job is handled 100% to your satisfaction before signing off. Do not take the word of their sales rep. They were very quick to schedule me in to start the job. When I told the sales rep I was not happy about the finished job, he told me that the floor needed to settle and would send his crew two weeks later to buff out any reminding areas. I bought the spot removal kit and tried it out. At first I was disappointed with the results and requested a refund. But after talking with Kyle he assured me that he could rectify the problem. He sent me a new buffing pad and if I was not satisfied with the results he would send a refund. I tried the new pad and I can now say I am happy with the results and would recommend this product to remove rings from a marble countertop.
