Took a deposit. Showed up days late missing most of the pieces and wrong color. I went back to store to discuss with Gary and he seemed to find enjoyment out of letting me know he was keeping my deposit and I was not going to get the quartz I paid for. He was very nasty to me and threatened to call police if I didn’t leave his store. At this point I just wanted my money back. He just wasn’t going to give it to me. I left without it. Gary Sussman and especially the team leader Welly Lee did a great job to have completed my home countertops upgrade project for kitchen cabinets and sink, and 3 bathrooms sinks. Mr. Sussman made whole project smoothly by scheduling and managing the team. Mr. Lee is very professional who saved 3 big wall mirrors that were right on top of old countertops. I highly recommend Mr. Sussman and Mr. Lee who are in Marble House
Gary very professional salesman. He helped pick good material for countertops and sent guy that looked like Eddie Murphy to take measurements. Kitchen look very nice now like magazine cover, we very happy.
Our project began on December 27th. I went in with my wife, we spoke with Gary, and seeing as he was on vacation, he made an appointment with us during his time off. At the end of our transaction, the final invoice given included the price, with rip up. He then informed us that he would have a subcontractor come by our house in an hour to check out the site and to confirm if the job can be done.
