I began group classes in January and I love them! The classes are challenging and diverse. Working out in a group is definitely something you should try. The gym has an incredible amount of equipment for all levels and types of workouts.
I’ve been lifting at the gym for about 2 years now. The gym is always clean and the equipment is kept in working condition. It’s a good atmosphere that provides that mindset required to get a good workout in. Any time I’ve had a question, ownership has quickly responded to my questions and assisted me however possible. I have zero complaints and I strongly recommend this gym! Come join our gym family, you won’t be disappointed
