Matt N and Camden called ahead to let me know they were arriving within 15 min which I greatly appreciated. Very professional about the stone that was being installed by telling me how to care for the stone and sealed it. Very timely, Tammy Milesky
Beau, their sales manager, helped smooth out some wrinkles in the process between picking my slab and the install. Answered many, many questions. This is, after all, an expensive and "permanent" purchase. One does not have large stone slabs installed and easily just change their mind and swap it out. We had an excellent experience with Distinctive Marble and Granite. The employee who took measurements was very methodical and had a high level of attention to detail. The installers, Matt N. and Camden, were friendly, professional, and did a great job on the installation. We had an odd U-shaped piece around the oven that was challenging but it came out perfect. Our new quartz countertops are beautiful!
