We had the most amazing experience with Julia, and now have the most stunning countertops to complete our contemporary primary bathroom! Their selection, prices, and craftsmanship were perfect. We’ve looked high and low for a fabricator to create an integrated ramp sink and they were incredible to work with (and fast!!). 12/10 would recommend!! We hope to work with them again in the future for any countertop needs!!
I am extremely happy how my whole house turned out! I started with the kitchen counters, then had MGC do my bathrooms and even a few extra tops for some cabinets. After getting initial quotes from the big retailers I asked friends and was referred (very highly) to MGC. Their price was better and the service was exceptional. A different company installed the counter in our renovated kitchen. We missed a badly repaired crack on the exposed counter-edge, and we couldn't get the company to return to repair it. So I contacted and sent photos to Marble & Granite Connection. They gave me a very fair price and sent a technician who suggested - instead of having him try to match the white color in our veined counter - we have him repair the crack with a grey material that would blend in with the veins throughout the counter. We had a great experience with the staff from Luciana to the installation and sales. We highly recommend this company for all countertop needs.
The worst customer service. Do not use this place. First they cut the quartz counter tops incorrectly and wanted us to rearrange our cabinets to accommodate. Then when they couldn’t locate replacement counters they didn’t want in give us a refund for the less expensive quartz we ended up choosing. Within a month the counters were shifting and several sections were higher so they had to come and fix them.
