I had a scheduled appointment and the area was hit with a hailstorm. My RV had significant damage to it. I called to verify that they were coming out to do an assessment and temporarily cover my roof. I was told I was 28th on the list! What? I was FIRST thing that morning and now I won’t be seen for weeks? Unacceptable. This was my second incident of them failing. Find someone who will show up and communicate.

Chad was so awesome. Super responsive, professional, and quick to repair our broken A/C unit on our 2016 Keystone Passport. Honest, fair, and down to earth kind of guy. Even discovered our control panel had actually burned up, so we are incredibly thankful for the replacement. Thanks again Chad!! You’ve made the upcoming Texas summer much more comfortable and kept us safe in the meantime!!
