I recently had to renew my BLS CPR card and I attended a class here at the Central Station. The instructor was Vaughn Hamilton who was very informative and entertaining. He broke the time required by doing a lecture then manikin practice and then more information. The time flew by! While walking out the door at the class conclusion, a fellow classmate and I remarked that Vaughn's CPR class was the best one we ever attended. We left with smiles on our faces! We are so blessed to have the Marble Falls EMS and ALL Marble Falls/Burnet County First Responders in our community. They are compassionate, dedicated, and always trying to improve their skills, techniques, and knowledge. I've seen them in action and have been the recipient of their quick response and care. If you don't yet have the affordable "AIR EVAC" insurance, it's something great to have!
The sad thing about these guys and their billing is if you and your insurance overpay them, they will take up to three months to give you your money back. Yeah, try saying that to any business that wants its money, you would be in collections if you waited that long. Most medical companies have your money within a month, but not these guys. That is redictulous.
