They sent the wrong granite to our fabricator. One of the two slabs that we took months to pick and paid for back in October has now been sold to someone else. To make things worse they're denying any responsibility, have been extremely rude and are taking their time trying to resolve the issue, which is delaying the closing of our house among other issues. Our house is part of a development and we will be sure to send other home builders elsewhere.
