This was confirmed ahead of time, yet they completely ignored that and did whatever they wanted, which caused problem after problem. We had our wedding on December 6th 2025 and paid $14,300 for our wedding at this venue and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to disorganization, lack of professionalism, and poor follow-through. Our ceremony was delayed, and incorrect music was played despite me providing exact song links and a detailed timeline in advance.
