Dr. Tran is very kind and thorough. She took the time to listen to me and treated me with respect. Her bedside manner is excellent. Will be recommending to others!!
My family and I have seen Dr. Zumaya Tran for years! She is absolutely amazing, as well as everyone else in her office. She is very intelligent, kind and attentive. We can always get in to see one of the doctors there for same day sick visits. The wait time is always minimal, and you are always treated with kindness and professionalism! We are so blessed to have them in Lubbock!
Dr. Tran is fantastic with my wife that struggles with MS. She is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned! Perfect match!
Dr. Zumaya-Tran is amazing. I love how thorough she is! She took every necessary step and found out what was wrong with me after I was written off by 2 other doctors! I will follow her wherever she practices.
Lazy doctor? I don’t think so. If it weren’t for her expertise, my moms health would still be at a decline! She caught my mom’s “stomach Pain” which ended up being Colon cancer. Common sense would obviously tell me if she was lazy she would of dismissed it! She is a great physician, and I would recommend her to anyone that’s in need of a good physician.
I will never go to the doctor again. She is lazy and has no idea what she’s doing. She’s only there for the money and nothing else.
I am a new patient and am so happy to find an MD and staff that I am totally comfortable with. The whole experience was easy. The staff are professional and so nice and make you feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you Dr. Zumaya for taking time and making me feel cared for. (My husband is also a patient)
Dr. Tran is professional , deeply cares, listens, and follows up to ensure that you're ok. She treats her patients as whole people not a skin bag of symptoms. The entire staff is considerate and attentive. I am grateful that she is in Lubbock.
Had my first appointment today with Dr. Tran. It was scheduled for 930am this morning. I called the office asking for directions because my GPS did not get me there. I spoke with a staff member who was absolutely horrible. I told her where I was, the landmarks and businesses near me and she would not give me any directions to the office.
