Had my first appointment today with Dr. Tran. It was scheduled for 930am this morning. I called the office asking for directions because my GPS did not get me there. I spoke with a staff member who was absolutely horrible. I told her where I was, the landmarks and businesses near me and she would not give me any directions to the office.
