Great spacious villas. Three large sized bedrooms two ensuit. Extra shower room. We'll equipped large open plan kitchen dinner. Nice utility room. Great size pool not over looked. Some building work still ongoing. Unfortunately play park and shop incomplete. Made our holiday special to stay in a quiet secure location.
House is beautiful but miles from anywhere
I have lived in this neighborhood for 10 years. It is not a management company it's a long term rent or own and short term rental community. If you want to rent a house you go through one of the many rental companies that each owner hires individually. If you own a house yes you pay HOA dues like any other community. The home owners association includes any owner in the community and all members of the board were voted on. At least by those who participated!
