Great experience. Front desk people were warm and welcoming. Jari did a great job with my X-rays and making me feel comfortable. Bianca is a wonderful hygienist, and did a thorough, efficient job on my cleaning. Will be back.
I recently went in for some finishing work, and I have to say Kris was absolutely amazing. She was professional, very delicate when taking my molds, and made sure I was completely pain-free throughout the process. I really appreciated the professionalism of this facility.
From the receptionists, to the X-ray technicians, to the dental hygienists and Dr. who saw me - I appreciated their thoughtfulness and care. Chris, the X-ray technician was very pleasant and humorous. Bianca, the dental hygienist, has cleaned my teeth for several years at least twice a year and she's always great and gentle and methodical in her cleaning. I went in for a crown on tooth number 14. Dr.Alaniz and Amber were fast and very professional. I was so amazed on the crown. I couldn't even tell which tooth it was when looking in the mirror. And the front desk was very professional and polite as well. I highly recommend MARBACH SMILES.
My husband had a molar extraction done today and we want to say thank you to the entire staff at Marbach Smiles. Every one was kind and helpful. From the insurance, financials to the procedure. Dr Adrian Alanís Stephens and his assistant Kris thank you for your patience and overall professionalism. You made the environment so comfortable and safe for my husband who was feeling so anxious! Most definitely sharing our experience with our friends and scheduling mine and my daughter’s next appointments here.
