We had a lovely experience with this dentistry. The staff was friendly and super helpful in explaining all the equipment and procedures as we went along. My mother is elderly, and the hygienist and doctor were comforting and patient with her. Thank you to the entire staff for your support. We appreciate you!
I will say the staff was nice. But the work was horrible. I am traumatized still. I had work on my front teeth because one chipped. They temporary teeth the dentist and assistant made were ugly. They felt it was perfectly fine to let me walk out in public like SpongeBob. My teeth look like 2 twisted sticks. i told the assistant and the Dentist i didn't want to leave like that, the response was to just stay home until the permanent teeth came since i didn't like it as if this was a joke to them. Horrible , I scheduled to have deep cleaning and I just got an examination . And I was moved out of my chair for some one else .then to tell me I did not scheduled for a cleaning, when I know I did ..ans I am sure the office manager was the one to schedule me ..I guess they get to do what they want regardless of what the client wants .. I had to reschedule a month ahead again ... but when I see the dentist I will give him an ear full .. You can count on it
Love the staff they were very nice. Easy location.
