Quick did not have to wait long. Very pleasant nurse practitioner. Through exam. Answered all questions kindly. Very pleased
nurse, not Dr Veliz, needs to give an ear to what the caregiver is saying and not take lightly - at least provide eye contact; be more forthcoming when asked about lab values... we should not have to feel like we are pulling teeth.
I am always well taken care of.
