The staff is extremely nice and helpful! Never had a problem with anyone there. I took my car in for a transmission and motor mount/ torque specs replacement and they did a great job. Only took about 5 hours for the replacements. The only complaint I have is they did not thoroughly check out the car. Car was vibrating/shuddering and clunking sounds coming from right side of car, and ended up being a bad transmission. Another shop diagnosed motor and tranny mount and they said that was it.
