Went in and there was this VERY rude older man working. I asked if they had this specific type of shoe and he rudely dismissed me. ALSO, I asked if he could order them online (because they had them online) but I was told I could do that myself and rudely dismissed yet again.
All runners visiting Newburyport should give this place a try.
Overall, terrible experience today! So disappointing. I was trying to help out in locating a size they didn't have and was abruptly handed a store credit as if to say go ahead and do it yourself. I was just trying to be helpful because they seemed busy and he seemed to be struggling. He was the least personable sales person I've ever come across in a running store.Sometimes it's worth the ride to go elsewhere.
Worked with Bruce on getting a new pair of sneakers, got exactly what i was looking for for and he was an extremely nice and kind person, anyone looking for top notch service go see Bruce at marathon sports in Newburyport!
