Went into the Marathon Sports store in Mansfield MA. they were extremely busy but there was a very helpful employee. that took me as soon as she could and was extremely helpful with recommending the proper shoe for me. Her name is Sophie and she fit me just right. thanks Sophie!!!
We had an amazing fitting for all three of our teenagers with Sophie. She took the time to go through multiple options tailored to their individual goals, and also took time to explain the hydration options. We always have an incredible experience here and today was above and beyond.
Kind staff that were very helpful. Stock of items seem to be hit or miss. Overall would recommend this store
I had a great experience at the Mansfield store. The young man who served me was pleasant, bright, & knowledgeable. We compared stories about running cross country & steeplechase. He covered every aspect of my feet, from watching me walk ti determine pronation, through explaining the info from the nifty foot device, to measuring both feet & explaining why I needed a 1/2 size larger than what I was wearing. Adam is exceaptional and awesome in all aspects of his job. He is very knowledgeable and gives expert advice on shoes , and foot problems from a medical perspective.and his experience as an athlete. He is very kind. and patient and trully cares about customers. He is excellent in making sure the customer gets the right fit..in the right shoe.
