Just no. Went to try on 200$ pair of shoes and brought a brand new pair of white athletic socks and took them out to use. The kid says "it's store policy that you have to wear our socks". I thought he was trying to upsell me so I said "ok" and he points to some boxes filled with rolled up socks, of nylon, polyester, colored socks that looked like they came from a dumpster. This is a great store. Connor greeted me soon as I walked in and from beginning to end he was incredibly attentive and patient. I left with a great pair of sneakers. Overall an excellent experience.
I’ve always bought my sneakers here because of the customer service they provide. Today was no exception. Amanda took her time went over all the options and colors. I walked out of there with two pairs of sneakers. Very happy.
Kieran made the experience seamless and enjoyable for my wife and I today. Like I said to him in the store, it's been a long time since we've received any kind of service in a footwear store, let alone great service.
