I had a great experience at the Mansfield store. The young man who served me was pleasant, bright, & knowledgeable. We compared stories about running cross country & steeplechase. He covered every aspect of my feet, from watching me walk ti determine pronation, through explaining the info from the nifty foot device, to measuring both feet & explaining why I needed a 1/2 size larger than what I was wearing. Adam is exceaptional and awesome in all aspects of his job. He is very knowledgeable and gives expert advice on shoes , and foot problems from a medical perspective.and his experience as an athlete. He is very kind. and patient and trully cares about customers. He is excellent in making sure the customer gets the right fit..in the right shoe. Hi, my names Makayla! This was my first time coming to Marathon sports, they have amazing customer service, they were very kind, supporting, and very helpful. I was very very satisfied with their customer service. There shoes are very comforting, they see how you walk, to see where your ankle is at. Then, they give you the shoes that most likely will be a comfortable fit for you! Give it a shot, highly recommend it!
I have Planter Facetious and needed new sneakers. I was reffered here. Sarah was kind, thorough, and very helpful. She measured my feet and used a machine to guage my step to give me the perfect fit. I highly recommend the Mansfield location for your orthopedic shoe needs.
I went to Marathon because I am a difficult case. I have left side foot drop with zero use of my foot without an AFO, also I am going in for a full knee replacement on my right knee. Kieran, was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient. I will be back for another pair after my surgery. I highly recommend.
