Great running gear I had a great experience and a not so great experience in this store. I first went in to find running shoes as I was starting to train for a marathon. People say when you try the right pair on, you'll know! Well about 7 pairs in, I still wasn't quite there. I ended up buying a pair just so the guy didn't look so bored with me!

Excellent for picking out sneakers When I first started running, I went to Marathon Sports and they "fitted" me with my first official running sneakers - I've been buying the same ones ever since. They let you leave the store with them on so you can test them on the pavement. I was so happy with them and any beginning runner should take the time to visit this shop for advice.
Great for runners The staff at Marathon is very knowledgeable--they'll analyze your walk before recommending a shoe. Very wide selection of shoes and apparel, but on the expensive side.
