Came in yesterday looking for a pair of proper running shoes. Brian (sp?) was extremely helpful in evaluating my gait and bringing out different types of shoes to try. Went running today and my flat feet really appreciate the support of my new Hoka shoes. Student discount much appreciated. Will definitely be coming back!
The best running shoe buying experience I have ever had! Hua helped me out tremendously and even took me out to see how I ran to find the perfect shoe. Already recommended them to 10 different people today!
Not impressed with customer service I received at this location. I definitely will go to other Marathon Sports locations.
Outstanding personalized service. They always take the time to find the right show for YOU. Their customer service impressed me yesterday in particular. I had bought a pair of running shoes two weeks ago at the Newbury St store, and hated them. After two weeks of trying to adjust to them, I brought them back into the Cambridge store, and was not only able to get store credit for them, I was given outstanding service in picking out a new pair and made to feel very satisfied with the shoes I was going to run in. Picked out two pairs of shoes with Katherine (I think, I'm terrible with names!) this afternoon. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got great fitting road and trail shoes, and I'm feeling ready to go!
