Outstanding personalized service. They always take the time to find the right show for YOU. Their customer service impressed me yesterday in particular. I had bought a pair of running shoes two weeks ago at the Newbury St store, and hated them. After two weeks of trying to adjust to them, I brought them back into the Cambridge store, and was not only able to get store credit for them, I was given outstanding service in picking out a new pair and made to feel very satisfied with the shoes I was going to run in. I just want to say thank you to Mike D at marathon sports. I came in 2 weeks ago for the first time. I have knee issues and the wrong running shoes. It took his time and talked me thru different ways to fix my running muscles in my legs ( which totally helped) and got me fitted for the perfect shoe which was 1/2 the price I have been paying.. Just bought a new pair of running shoes, awesome fit. Was told to come back Saturday morning for a run. Had a great run met some great people and even improved my pace a bit. Thanks guys so much. You made my run a bit easier.
Picked out two pairs of shoes with Katherine (I think, I'm terrible with names!) this afternoon. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got great fitting road and trail shoes, and I'm feeling ready to go!
