UPDATE: Added a star. I was able to remedy party of my problem. When I reached out to Craig for help hoping my hot tub lid was under warranty, I didn't realize it would just be the vinyl cover (actually, didn't realize that there was a vinyl cover over the lid). Unfortunately, the damage to the cover itself underneath was already done by the time I realized the original had failed. So even though I now have a new vinyl cover, all it's doing is likely holding in the mold and moisture that got in when the original tour. I was ... read more
Oscar one of their workers is the absolute worst person for customer service I have ever met. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
On January 16, we woke up to our power kicking off at 3am. That’s not abnormal around that time of year because of high winds and fire danger in Colorado. My husband walked downstairs to investigate and when he opened our basement door, he could see the reflection of flames on the walls. He ran down and found our hot tub engulfed in flames. He emptied 2 fire extinguishers on it while I called 911. The fire department arrived swiftly and were able to contain the flames before they engulfed our house. Craig helped me out last year get a new hot tub cover after my original one started to get worn out. Unfortunately, under one year, my new one cracked across the vinyl. Considering my last one lasted for several years, I thought maybe this one was defected because it split across the entire top seam and vinyl came apart. I even took extra precautions with this new lid getting new covering for my hot tub lid cover remover so that it had a soft surface to open up on.
