We are looking at replacement parts and pads. Craig responded to an initial email and one follow up and then...nothing. This was despite multiple follow up emails in September and October of this year. Terrible communication. Can't reach anyone when calling either. Go elsewhere. They can respond 2-3 months later that they're closed for the holidays tho!
Good for ordering parts, delivered quite quickly. Had some initial issue with email contact (via sales email) but they followed up via the info email address.
