Craig helped me out last year get a new hot tub cover after my original one started to get worn out. Unfortunately, under one year, my new one cracked across the vinyl. Considering my last one lasted for several years, I thought maybe this one was defected because it split across the entire top seam and vinyl came apart. We are looking at replacement parts and pads. Craig responded to an initial email and one follow up and then...nothing. This was despite multiple follow up emails in September and October of this year. Terrible communication. Can't reach anyone when calling either. Go elsewhere. They can respond 2-3 months later that they're closed for the holidays tho!
Good for ordering parts, delivered quite quickly. Had some initial issue with email contact (via sales email) but they followed up via the info email address.
