Dylan arrived on time and performed the preventative maintenance on our HVAC system and water heater. He was very polite and left a checklist of the items completed for the Spring maintenance.
Back in 2015 we accepted bids for our replacing our home a/c system and Marathon got the award. While they were installing the system, they spotted a dangerous condition with our propane water heater, and replaced it with an on-demand system. It's now 2026 and Marathon has been providing outstanding service for both units. Highly recommended
Jay did a great job on a call in Sunday to fix our heat.
I called on a Monday morning when my heat pump stopped working. Annabelle was super friendly on the phone and said she’d do what she could to have someone come by that day, but it may not be until the next day, which I was fine with. She said she would call me back later that morning. True to her word, she called me back an hour later and said the technician was on his way! Brendan, Dylan, Dan & Crew did an Awesome job installing 2 new hvac units for our house. They were very professional & courteous to my family & I. They did the job in record time. Our units were up in a day. We were very pleased with their attention to detail too. Also of course Anabel ( office manager) was wonderful in setting the whole install for us.
