Such a positive and professional experience. Michael was extremenly thorough and took the time to ensure we had understanding of the issues. He has asked that we contact him after if we come across anything that needs further explaination. He had another inspector, Melissa, with him. She updated the report as we went through each issue to ensure the report included the areas located in the report. Very efficient operation. I highly recommend.
Michael was great to work with and has inspecting down to a science. Not only was he extremely thorough in his inspection but thorough in recapping the results with us and providing lots of documentation that helped us negotiate with the sellers. We have used many different inspection services over the past five years but from now on, will use Marathon for all our inspection needs.
Great inspectors, very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying a home is definitely not for the weak and I appreciated all the advice they provided.
I will recommend Marathon Property Inspectors to anyone who needs this service! I have bought and sold two properties before this current purchase and have never had such a thorough home inspection. Matthew Thompson inspected and took photos of every inch of the property, and even crawled into the tiny crawl space under the house (I didn't think he could do it, but he did!). Amazing report, easy to read and understand, and he explained everything in detail. Cannot speak highly enough!
They are extremely helpful and offer great pricing!
