After my second back surgery, I have, now, received rehab services from Marathon twice. Both times, I have received EXCELLENT rehabilitation guidance and this recent experience was truly awesome. The guidance and oversight I received from Colleen was incredible. Beyond the basic exercises and stretches, she was willing to engage in my personal performance desires (golf) and provide me special approaches to accomplishing success and avoiding future damage. I went there to make an appointment 2 weeks ago. The woman at the desk was very rude. She looked at my doctors prescription and the fact that I had Medicare. She mentioned that my insurance was Medicare and she couldn’t find an appointment for me until the middle of December, and then she couldn’t promise me follow up appointments. I just finished my PT at Marathon Physical Therapy after having a total hip replacement. Connie, was my physical therapist, and I can't say enough about her. She is so professional, personable, and has a laugh that's contagious. Being there was like being with family. Connie got my back to being my old self. Thank you Connie!!!
