Worked with Phil on several issues that were affecting my balance. He suggested a number of exercises to do during my sessions and ones I could do on my own. Over three weeks I have seen significant improvement in lower body flexibility which is definitely beginning to address the balance problems.
Giulia is a really good physical therapist, and so is Ian. They diagnosed my problem (glute strength and flexibility) and provided exercises which alleviated the pain and strengthen and stretch glutes and hips. Highly Recommend them!
Highly recommend going here to Marathon PT in Newton for your PT needs. I was seen by Michele over the course of ~3 months and she was phenomenal in addressing my lower extremity pain. She was intentional in adjusting my PT plan to fit my mobility / lifestyle goals, and I thank her and the team for their thoughtful support and guidance.
I worked with Megan to deal with ongoing shoulder issues. She was extremely knowledgeable, analytical and encouraging about ways to strengthen at home. marathon is the only place I would go for PT
