I don't find the sessions at Marathon Physical Therapy particularly useful. Each session after the initial evaluation lasted about 30min with the physiotherapist spending a few minutes at the beginning and another assistant finishing up a few generic exercises that in my opinion did not address my problems.
I worked with Russell (in Newton) for a couple of months after experiencing hip and glute pain during running that had left me unable to walk without pain and concerned that I might not be able to run. Russell was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He gave me exercises to do and always explained what he was thinking and why. Marathon Physical Therapy did an amazing job treating my rotator cuff injury. Lubo is a fantastic therapist! He diagnosed the issue quickly and precisely, came up with a great treatment plan, and was super supportive. My shoulder improved much faster than originally anticipated. I had a great experience at Marathon Physical Therapy in Newton Corner after my foot injury. I worked with Megan for a few months, and she was outstanding throughout my recovery. She was always patient, kind, and encouraging, and she took the time to clearly explain every exercise and answer all of my questions.
