Seth was great! He taught me lots of stretches and exercises to help my neck feel better. It took awhile, but I am finally feeling better.
Seth is the reason I’m able to get back to running and play with my baby without knee pain! He was thoughtful in his approach and really listened to my feedback to improve our program. Really thankful for all he did to help me recover!
where do I begin… Christine was a miracle worker!! when I came to marathon my hips were jello and my knee was a lost cause. From my evaluation up to my day of discharge, Christine treated me with upmost respect and like she really cared about me getting better.
