Originally gave 5 stars for such a smooth transaction. Now I realized how badly I'm being scammed. Mo specifically told me the financing for the car would be for 3 years and then when I made my first payment I noticed I had a $20k balance! This is for a 2011 Honda Civic! After speaking with Mo, he swears he never said 3 years and it was definitely 5. We purchased a 2009 Civic from salesman Oliver. We had a very positive experience. Oliver helped us through everything and promptly got back to us when we had a problem with the engine light on. He arranged for us to get it taken care of quickly. They also had a nice selection of cars under $10,000 which is what we needed.
Don't bother trying to call me back or respond to this or email me. You're a joke and intentionally refused to work with me over having driver's permit. Not to mention attitude involved. Uncalled for. Probably should get the cops involved :/
Muhammad is one of the best! Full of honesty and integrity. I bought a Honda pilot and enjoyed the process. Will be back in the future!
