I was connected to Rory through a friend who used him for purchasing her first home. When he and I first spoke I had no idea what it was like to work with a broker vs. the lender directly. He took the time to explain every detail to me as a first time homebuyer. From how his quote compared, to the way the full process works, and helped me understand how to compare other quotes. From the very beginning Rory was easy to work with. He guided my wife and I through the pre-approval process all the way to closing with a calming, and reassuring hand.
