I want to say a big 'Thank You' to Angela Vilayvong at Marathon Mortgage. I am a total rookie when it comes to having a mortgage and she walked me through the steps for prepayment of my mortgage in very simple, easy to follow terms. She then followed up our phone conversation with an email which concisely detailed the process along with an attached form to fill out. That's true customer service!

MCAP informed me that Marathon would be reaching out to discuss refinancing my current MCAP mortgage. It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't heard from anyone. With my closing date approaching, I can’t pull equity and now have to find other options to ensure I close. It baffles me that I'm trying to give them more business, yet I can't even get a call back.
