I didn’t feel like I was given enough information about my machine. They should tell you how to use it, demonstrate, then allow me demonstrate. That didn’t happen. As someone in healthcare I was very disappointed in the teaching of how to use the machine. Also place wasn’t very clean. The waiting area chairs had what appeared to be cat and or dog hair with stains in the chair
Stop ask your insurance to give you names of other companies to work with. I changed insurance in January I called them to ask if they accept my insurance and they assured me they do. They then sent me my supplies at full price and did not bother telling me they are out of network. Before this they were always aggressive and horrible to work with. All around bad.
Izzy was incredible! She explained everything thoroughly. She has great energy and you can see she has a passion for her work!
Absolutely the worst DME company I have ever had to deal with. Could not, or would not, read data from my machine to send to the sleep Doc. Would not test my machine for proper operation. Extremely limited choice of masks. No follow up on the satisfaction of the crappy mask they gave me. All in all, it was a miserable interaction.
Hannah was so nice and explained everything to me and I left knowing I knew how to properly use my CPAP machine.
