I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Izzy. I was so nervous about getting my first CPAP and she she has made this the best experience. She was so kind, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She doesn't seem to be merely pushing through her day she seems to actually care and want to help you and make you comfortable. She was significantly more informative than ny doctor. Give this girl a raise!!

*** ATTENTION DO MOT ALLOW RHESE FOLKS TO SUPPLY YOU! They just keep sending and sending regardless of how much supplies you already have. I had a bill for almost $500 and they put me in auto send. I didn’t authorize this. Very professional and helpful. Truly concerned with providing excellent customer service and care for their patients/customers SEE ABOVE!!
They are on top of everything here unlike other companies. They explain the machine fully and work with you on what is best for you. Their staff is pleasant and accommodating with your every needs.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I still have not received the device or been given a clear timeline for delivery. For patients with severe sleep apnea, timely treatment is important. The prolonged delay has resulted in continued symptoms including morning headaches, brain fog, fatigue, and elevated blood pressure.
