They are on top of everything here unlike other companies. They explain the machine fully and work with you on what is best for you. Their staff is pleasant and accommodating with your every needs.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I still have not received the device or been given a clear timeline for delivery. For patients with severe sleep apnea, timely treatment is important. The prolonged delay has resulted in continued symptoms including morning headaches, brain fog, fatigue, and elevated blood pressure. I am a new patient to Marathon medical and I would like to thank Izzy for her level of professionalism and for the detailed manner in which she explained everything relating to my new mask.
They are not only uneducated in insurance billing but down right fraudulent in their billing practices. Was billed for services in April they collected full medicare deductible and the claim was denied I had to call them to correct the claim.. in the mean time I had 2 other doctor appointments after their visit.. because the Marathon took the money for the deductible but the claim was denied I had to again pay for the deductible with the other 2 providers... they refuse to return my money and tell me to wait another 45 days.... read more
