Showed up late they still helped me out. Izzy was amazing very informative.
Loved the place. Izzy was awesome. Super nice and informative. My CPAP appointment was like watching an infomerical in person!! Highly recommend seeing her.
Got my cpap machine today! Izzy explained everything to me about the machine and helped me pick out a mask to make sure it was comfy! Very nice! Definatley reccomend!
I didn’t feel like I was given enough information about my machine. They should tell you how to use it, demonstrate, then allow me demonstrate. That didn’t happen. As someone in healthcare I was very disappointed in the teaching of how to use the machine. Also place wasn’t very clean. The waiting area chairs had what appeared to be cat and or dog hair with stains in the chair
Stop ask your insurance to give you names of other companies to work with. I changed insurance in January I called them to ask if they accept my insurance and they assured me they do. They then sent me my supplies at full price and did not bother telling me they are out of network. Before this they were always aggressive and horrible to work with. All around bad.
