I requested a prescription refill because I thought that I had 0 left with the pharmacy and knew I would be out in a week. The clinic sent me a message saying they called my prescription in. Then a couple days later I get a call (from a doctor I've never met). He left a message to call him back, so I did but couldn't reach him. So I called the pharmacy to see if they knew what was going on, that's how I found out I actually still had 1 refill left, obviously I felt pretty silly. I like it so far, but Dr. Adams is gone, I have not been to the new doctor yet.
Once I found Dr. Adams I felt at ease. I expressed at our first visit that I want to have a relationship as doctor-patient. And per our conversation she stated that she would always listen to me. It doesn't mean we will always agree but that she will listen. And that means everything to me. Thank you Dr. Adams!!
