Established in 1972, Family Health Network (FHN) is a Federally Funded Community Health Center(FQHC), serving Cortland and contiguous counties. FHN is the only source of care in three of the five communities served, and the only source of sliding adjustments for low-income individuals and families in the Cortland County region. In addition, we are also a FTCA Deemed Facility.

Couldn't give it a five star rating because the continual turnover of providers. The staff and nurses are great, and it's always a nice environment when I have a visit. The biggest issue is the turnover rate of medical providers. You see one for a little while, then they move on, just as soon as you get to know them. Then with a new provider you have to start back over at step one. Some providers have been good and some make me wonder what they were taught in medical school, and some I have been totally comfortable with. So ... read more
I gave them chances to correct the billing errors, but they continue to ignore the issues. Charging for services NOT rendered, mistakes in health file, and it took three appointments for something that could’ve been done in one. Watch your statements, folks.
Since moving here from the capital district, I came here as it's local, but not friendly that's for sure. The fact that can't keep providers here long, you have to continually start from scratch. The supervision physician is old and should retire. I just recently changed practices for good reason, my health has been on the decline and this place is the reason for it.
