The sheer amount of time I have spent on calls getting absolutely no where when I have a paper trail of recquisitions that Our Health provided and said they would cover on testing for me (even got extra approval from husband's company). Our health hasn't paid any of the ones they approved and now I am getting a pile of bills, no response or help from Our Health and wasting a ton of time on phone with lab and secondary insurance. Absolutely ridiculous.
Never had a bad experience with OurHealth (and I've been going there for 3 years now)! Their staff is super friendly and you can tell that the physicians actually care because they take their time with you and explain everything throughly.
I worked a contract through MH in Olathe Ks. It was my first contacted position as a Medical Assistant, the management staff was very supportive and always there to help n matter what the issue was. It was a great experience!
